About these terms

This website is operated by BM Educators and Services S.L., C/ Wagner 61, 08914 Badalona, Barcelona, Spain. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information on this site

We work to keep course details, timetables and centre information correct, but they can change. Prices, dates and availability are confirmed only when you enrol, in writing, at one of our centres.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending the Contact form or "Book a lesson" is a request for us to contact you. It is not a booking and does not create a contract. A lesson or course is booked only once we have confirmed it with you and you have enrolled.

Student portal accounts

• Accounts are created by the school for enrolled students and staff.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
• We may suspend an account that is misused or when enrolment ends.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to send false or abusive enquiries, to try to access areas or data you are not authorised to see, or to interfere with how the site works.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logo and course materials on this site belong to BM Autoescuela or are used with permission. You may view them for personal use; you may not copy or republish them without our written consent.

Links to other sites

We link to services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by the site being unavailable or by relying on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Spanish law.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts that the law assigns; if you are a consumer, that normally means the courts where you live.
